Isenberg Grand Hall

Capacity: 350 guests for seated dining; 280 with dance floor; 450 for standing reception

The Isenberg Grand Hall, the pinnacle of venues within the Garden, offers elegant banquet seating for up to 350 attendees. This grand space features a distinct entrance and a versatile pre-function lobby, ideal for welcoming guests, setting up photo booths, or hosting a vibrant cocktail hour. We can tailor this space meet your event’s unique requirements with options like a customizable dance floor, adjustable lighting, and adaptable spaces. The venue extends to a picturesque veranda through five pairs of double doors, providing breathtaking views and a seamless indoor-outdoor flow, perfect for setting up a bar or lounge area. For large-scale corporate events, the Isenberg Grand Hall stands unmatched, equipped with a professional catering kitchen, ice machine, dual video walls, wireless microphones, a podium, HDMI connectivity, and an array of indoor seating options, ensuring your event is both impressive and impeccably managed.

Conservatory

Capacity: 56 guests for seated dining; 80 guests for standing reception

Gaze out from the Conservatory and be captivated by the panoramic beauty that surrounds you. This glass-enclosed space offers an expansive 180-degree view of the Garden, set against the backdrop of the sky in its full glory, making it an idyllic setting for an intimate luncheon or focused workshop. Situated near the Grand Hall, the Conservatory can complement your larger event space, serving as a stunning bar area or a serene break-out room. This venue comes fully prepared for your needs, featuring an LCD monitor with HDMI connectivity, a wireless microphone, a podium, and a selection of indoor tables and chairs, ensuring your event is as functional as it is breathtaking.

Carriage House

Capacity: 150 guests for seated dining; 112 with dance floor; 200 for standing reception and ceremony seating

The Carriage House embodies rustic sophistication, offering an atmosphere where charm and elegance converge. Tall doors line the space, leading out to inviting patio areas that serve as ideal spots for refreshing breaks between sessions. Above, the lofty, beamed ceilings are adorned with twinkling bistro lights, creating a warm ambiance perfect for corporate dinners or festive holiday gatherings. Nichols Arbor

Capacity: 160 guests for seated dining; 128 with dance floor; 200 guests for standing reception

This venue seamlessly blends versatility with charm, making it suitable for both laid-back gatherings and formal events. Featuring an LCD projector screen, it’s an ideal setting for impactful presentations. Additionally, the adjacent Arbor Library serves as a perfect space for smaller break-out sessions or intimate meetings. Equipped with a full-service catering kitchen, ice machine, LCD projector (laptop not provided), comprehensive built-in sound system, podium, microphone, and options for HDMI or VGA connectivity, this venue ensures your event runs smoothly. Indoor tables and chairs are also provided, completing the setup for a successful corporate affair in a setting that inspires creativity and collaboration.

Arbor Courtyard

Enhance your event by combining the Courtyard with your Arbor rental, effortlessly expanding your gathering into the beauty of the outdoors. The Courtyard offers a private oasis, featuring both a lush grassy area and a versatile concrete pad, ideal for setting up a tent, extra seating, or tables. When used alongside the Arbor, the Courtyard Garden becomes a charming complement to any corporate event, seamlessly blending indoor elegance with the tranquility of nature.

Murray Hall

Capacity: 80 guests for seated dining; 100 guests for standing reception; 40 guests for classroom seating

Murray Hall, boasting its own private entrance from the parking area, is the ideal choice for hosting meetings, seminars, and intimate corporate gatherings. This venue can graciously accommodate 80 guests, featuring a versatile nook perfect for setting up displays, catering stations, or a bar. Adjacent to the hall is a deck that offers stunning views of Little Smith Lake, providing an idyllic backdrop for guests to mingle and enjoy the scenery. The hall is outfitted with a state-of-the-art sound and projector system, a podium, a wireless microphone, and options for HDMI and VGA connectivity, ensuring your event’s audiovisual needs are seamlessly met. Grisham Pavilion

Capacity: 240 guests for picnic table seating

The Pavilion, an airy covered outdoor venue, sets the scene for a relaxed company picnic or an informal luncheon. The Pavilion is available for 6-hour rental periods, complete with electrical outlets, ceiling fans for comfort, picnic tables for dining, and overhead lighting to ensure your event continues smoothly from day into evening. Its adjacent spacious lawn offers ample room for engaging activities like corn hole, face painting, or even bounce houses, adding a touch of fun to your corporate event (note that an additional fee and professional installation are required for inflatables).

Amphitheater

Capacity: 300 guests

Our inviting open-air amphitheater offers a unique semi-circular arrangement of seats encircling a stage, accentuated by historical columns originating from the venerable Huntsville Madison County Courthouse. This distinctive venue is perfect for hosting corporate picnics or events that require a stage set amidst the beauty of nature.
